Renting Facts Exposed

An experience most of us will endure at some stage in our lives, renting is viewed by some as a necessary evil and as a constraint by some.

Industry powered website realestateview.com.au have compiled a survey asking respondents to answer a number of questions in relation to renting.

Interestingly over 55% of respondents answered that getting to the open for inspection was a major barrier to obtain a rental property. Furthermore almost 35% of people surveyed answered that the application process was their biggest hurdle.
