Rushi Juvekar opened his Changing Places business in February 2015, Well educated and managing Melbourne’s Telephone exchange network for Telstra, Rushi had no prior real estate experience apart from having bought and sold a number of his own properties.

Q. What attracted you to the real estate industry?

A. “To be completely honest, I have purchased and sold property in the past and all of my experiences when dealing with real estate agents was disappointing to say the least. I was always thinking to myself I can do this better and I saw an opportunity to potentially build my own successful real estate business based on simply providing a superior client experience.
