• Dirty

• Pet smells
• No storage
• Neighbour’s house looks dodgy
• Small bedrooms

Top Ten Turn-ons

• Good neighbourhood
• Garage
• Modern functional kitchen
• Large bedrooms
• Air-conditioning
• Large living areas
• Modern bathroom
• Storage space
• Ensuite
• Outdoor entertaining
